Internship/Practicum – Rangeview Counseling Center prides itself on welcoming students who are either in their practicum or internship at their graduate programs. All candidates are required to be a Registered Psychotherapist by the time their internship or practicum starts.
Requirements: due to the length of treatment of our programs and the extensive training we provide to interns and practicum students we do require that students provide a one year commitment to Rangeview. Therefore practicum would be either a semester and lead into internship, or a one year practicum or internship total.
An internship at Rangeview promises a variety of experiences: co-facilitation of groups, individual case loads, training and implementation of evaluations and intakes, and the ability to develop your own program which could lead to a contract position, post-graduation.
If you are interested in becoming a Certified Addiction Counselor, all hours of practicum and internship are eligible to go towards that certification and Susan E. Regan can provide supervision for those hours.
Susan can also do supervision for LAC hours, please call for rates
