Group Psychotherapy

Group Psychotherapy is a unique form of psychosocial therapeutic treatment.  It involves a small group of individuals coming together, meeting regularly to talk, interact and discuss problems in the context of a group.  Most of our daily interactions occur in groups and this is where many emotional and relational problems arise!  Therefore, Group Psychotherapy allows the opportunity to explore how we are with others and to help each other grow and develop as unique individuals.  The group leader is a professionally trained therapist, providing a safe and comfortable place to work through relational and individual emotional issues.  Participants learn to socially engage with one another, forming more intimate relationships in order to grow and heal together.
